DESCRIPTION:Pathways in Motion: Paddle with Purpose (FREE Event) \nPathways in Motion: Paddle with Purpose\nJoin Aransas Pathways on Friday\, June 19\, 2026\, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM for an evening of outdoor recreation\, wellness\, and community connection at Kayak at Sunset. \nExperienced paddlers will launch from the Copano Bay Boat Ramp (5701 Highway 35 North\, Rockport\, TX 78382) and enjoy an approximately 3-mile paddle across historic Copano Bay to Howard Murph Memorial Park (4701 Loop 1781\, Rockport\, TX 78382)\, taking in scenic coastal views during the golden hour. \nWhile paddlers are on the water\, family members\, friends\, and other guests are invited to enjoy the festivities at Howard Murph Memorial Park. This community celebration features live music\, a one-hour Zumba session\, light refreshments\, and exhibits hosted by local partners and organizations. As paddlers arrive at the park\, everyone comes together to enjoy the sunset and celebrate the active outdoor lifestyle that makes Aransas County special. \nEvent Highlights\n• Kayak at Sunset across Copano Bay\n• Approximately 3-mile paddle route\n• Live Music & Entertainment\n• Community Zumba Session\n• Partner Exhibits & Information Booths\n• Light Refreshments\n• Sunset Gathering at Howard Murph Memorial Park \nTransportation & Parking\nFor the convenience of registered paddlers\, complimentary shuttle service will be provided between Howard Murph Memorial Park and the Copano Bay Boat Ramp launch site.
