Aransas Pathways Gardens Volunteers Needed

October 15 and 23

Local bird biologists with the Coastal Birding Program are officially starting to get ready for our Colonial Bird nesting season which begins Feb. 1st 2022. They will be preparing nesting sites from all over our beautiful waterways in Aransas County of the coast to the Laguna Madre. We invite you all to come out and share an hour or 2 with us as we pull Silverleaf Sunflower stalks out of our Pathways areas for them to use to help our Great Blue Herons and other birds build nests! Bring your Garden Gloves, wear good shoes and work clothes.

Aransas Pathways invite you to help restore our natural gardens at Ivy Lane 499 Ivy Lane on Friday, October 15 from 8am-10am.
